Device On Demand Service

Device on Demand (DoD in short) is a free service to the GALEP device programmer users for fast implementation of new devices into the programming algorithms.

It's simple: send us a request for a certain device that isn't supported yet in the software of the GALEP device programmer you own. If possible, please also supply a data sheet and a sample of the device. The implementation will then take approximately 2 to 6 weeks. We'll inform you as soon as the new GALEP software update is available; of course we'll also return the data sheets and samples. If the implementation isn't possible for technical or other reasons, we'll contact you and suggest other solutions.

Please note:

We'll serve all DoD requests as fast as possible, but can't guarantee the implementation of all requested devices.
Providing samples and datasheets will speed up the implementation process.
Users of the new GALEP-5D and GALEP-5 will be served with priority.

Please send us the following information:

Your name, company, address, and email address.
The device name, manufacturer name, and package type.
The type and serial number of your GALEP device programmer.
